Update for November 7, 2017

Message from Lizy
I’ve been away on a 5 day retreat up in Bowser, secluded in a little beachfront cottage.  My daily companions have been a couple of type of ducks, a kingfisher, a seal,  an eagle, some seagulls and a little squirrel that snuck up occasionally on the deck. Every day I watched the ocean ebb and flow and it reminded me of how I see students come in and out of the studio at times. I have heard from some people that you haven’t come to the studio as you are missing me, and I really appreciate that so much.  At the same time, what I want you to know is that other instructors deserve the opportunity to show you that they are inspiring too.  Zumba is about movement, joy, laughter, and community. It’s about walking into the studio and forgetting the world for that hour! I do recognize that all instructors are different, and that’s a good thing.  I’m sad to be away from teaching you, it’s hard of my heart and my body misses it so very much. What I want so much while I am away, however, is for you to dance, find that joy, move your body, forget the world.  So please don’t stay away because I am not teaching. Get back to the studio and give whoever is teaching the opportunity to inspire you ♥

Altered Classes schedule at Studio Fitness.
Classes at Esquimalt United are on Hiatus at this time

Here is the current update on classes at Studio Fitness
Our very own Tierra is teaching on Wednesday, November 8th!

A rare opportunity to have our former student that has gone onto a very successful career as a Zumba Instructor with a faithful following of students.  Heavily influenced by Raeggaton and lots of booty shaking, you are in for a sweaty, high energy class with this enthusiastic + engaging instructor.   See you at the studio as well!

Noriko has been my main instructor for almost 2 years and I am incredibly grateful for her constant support ♥ She has been the driving force in keeping classes going and behind the scenes for making things happen that most of you don’t know about!

Before she heads off to her well-deserved vacation to Japan with her family, Noriko will be teaching the rest of Wednesdays in November as well as her Sunday classes. If you haven’t been to a class with her lately, check out the videos on Facebook to see what you are missing out on!

Alesha has been very sorry to have missed the past two weeks of classes with you!  As we all know what chest congestion is like, when you cannot breathe, it is hard to be able to do anything, let along dance OR teach a class!  Bellyfit focuses a lot on breath and without being able to do that on her own it was not able to be able to guide you how to do that.

Aside from Bellyfit, Alesha is into business development and international communication. She has a great Twitter feed that you can follow her at https://twitter.com/aleshadoran

Go the Facebook event here!

It’s been 5 years since I became a licensed Zumba Instructor and this year my party needs to be modified. As I can’t be in the studio dancing, I’m opening my home to have you come join me for a celebration. Party starts at 4:30 and goes until the last person leaves ♥

Please join me with a dish to share and be prepared for some mischief and some dancing inside or Zumba out on the deck!

I brought back some gifts from Orlando to be given away, I’ll still be doing that, it’s a party after all 🙂

If we can coordinate what you are bringing so we don’t end up with a lot of chips and salsa that would be excellent!

Please do RSVP on the Facebook event or by replying to this email if you can, you can also call or txt me at 250-858-5499. I look forward to seeing you xoxo
